Individual support for the expectant mother to curate a yoga practice that is safe for specific trimesters, pregnancy conditions, and purposeful towards cultivating an empowered birthing experience. Much of this work is inspired from Amber’s practice as a birth assistant, doula, elemental yoga therapist, and her entry into motherhood. Group classes are currently offered online or in Mallorca (See Upcoming Events)

These are tailor made sessions that can follow the mum-to-be through the entire pregnancy and birth. Sessions will include conscious birth preparation (which can also complement birth prepation classes), nutritional guidance, elemental balancing, yoga, meditation, emotional support and postpartum preparation.

Individual or group support for the postpartum woman (recent or many years following birth) to reconnect to her body, posture and breath. These sessions will focus on pelvic floor balancing, deep core stabilisation and cultivating a mind/body connection that will provide the confidence to move safely and gracefully. Much of this work has been reviewed by Women’s Health Physiotherapists and was explored deeply through Amber’s own postpartum recovery. Online or In-Person Core Awakening program runs 2x a year, as well as weekly postpartum yoga classes. See the group events for details.

EMBODIED WOMAN pelvic health yoga 1:1

Whether you are in puberty or postmenopausal, Amber offers pelvic health yoga for women of all life stages. These sessions are tailored to the individual (or can be offered as a group) for reconnection to our pelvic floor and deeper core.

love based birth preparation

Love Based Birth preparation classes are for couples who want to take an active, leading role in their pregnancy and birth. Couples who want the most gentle start for their baby and also want to be well equipped to make decisions along the way. This course is ideal for first time parents or experienced parents who want to tick every box as they prepare for their best birth. If interested, please contact Amber directly to find out more.

YOGA

Amber offers 1:1 private yoga guidance. These sessions are built on 25 years of experience as a yoga practitioner and 15 years of teaching. Sessions can range from yogic theory to asanas and pranayama, across multi levels of practitioners from beginner to advanced. Amber is trained in Hatha, Elemental, Yin, Universal Yoga, Prenatal / Postpartum / Pelvic Health Yoga, as well as Elemental Yoga Therapy. MEDITATION

Amber offers 1:1 private meditation / mindfulness guidance. These sessions are built on 25 years of experience as a meditation practitioner and 15 years of teaching meditation to groups and individuals. Sessions can range from mindfulness theory to developing a meditation practice, across multi levels of practitioners from beginner to experienced. Amber has a self practice rooted in Vipassana and OSHO Active Meditation® traditions, and she also ran a meditation centre in Singapore for 8 years and continues to offer meditation for groups, retreats and trainings.

GENERAL CONSULT

For those not sure where to start or how much they want to commit into a long term plan, general consults may create a less intimidating doorway! In a general consult, we can look at issues you are currently facing and develop an idea of how to go forward. Please contact Amber to book a session.

GROUP SESSIONS

These sessions can include any form of Yoga or OSHO Active Meditations®. Classes are typically 75 - 90 min. For special workshops on topics such as Yoga Teacher Training, Ayurveda, Elemental Living, The Art of Facilitation, please inquire.

  • Sessions can be done remotely via Skype or Zoom, or in person.
